All you need to do is locate the reset switch of your mobile phone. Normally, this is located on the outer shell of the phone, either on the side or at the base. Use a pin or a paper clip to press it, since it's a very small button. Then, just wait for your mobile phone to reboot and check to see if it has solved the problem.

* Hard reset

A hard reset will turn the current settings of your mobile device to its original factory setting. Usually, it resolves numerous iphone 4 problems, including blank screen; nevertheless, it will also remove all the applications and data in your cellphone which didn't come originally with the phone. Depending on the brand and also model of a mobile phone, the ways to perform a hard reset differs. Therefore, refer to your cellphone's manual to know the specific procedure of executing a hard reset.

Remove its battery

While your cellular phone is still on, remove its battery. This will intentionally cause your mobile device to drop its interim memory, which could be the source of the problematic application that is causing display screen problems to your mobile phone. After a few seconds, return the battery pack into its case and switch on your cellular phone.

Go to your mobile service company

Visit the nearest service center of your mobile service company and consult your cellular phone's issues with them. Your mobile phone's keypad circuits may have exhausted itself and needs to be examined by a professional technician.
